The US Marshall's office is intervening on the Luigi Mangioni case. There is no evidence of any crime committed by Mr. Mangioni. Being an Italian type and wearing a mask in a Pennsylvania McDonald's restaurant is not a crime. It is a bad spin of luck and coincidence that there was a man hunt transpiring at the time where an Italian type with a mask on in the latter days of COVID may have been considered accidentally suspicious. But on the basis of evidence that must be presented to a Court, there is no nexus of any kind between this boy who is not any hot, trained killer and the alleged victim. There is no autopsy. Particulars have been refused by the DA so the Judge can now withdraw the charges. He is being begged to plead guilty by a Canadian female who is forcing her self into the situation, hoping to appear as his Counsel for the glory, experience and honor of standing in a New York Court room. She has not asked for his particulars. She has not met with the DA. She is a fraud. There is no forensic evidence to say this Italian type in Pennsylvania with many Italians is the shooter as alleged. The video demonstrates that someone pulled out a weapon as someone walks past but it does not show is that the person walking past is actually shot and killed. There is no evidence to hold him. Warren said he did it. But no one listens. Warren says he did it. But there is no evidence to convict him either since he left the clothing on a Metro bus headed for Yonkers. He spent the night in a 24 hour fast food chain. Then he took the bus to Virginia and stayed at a Hotel in Great Falls, Virginia. Then he took the bus to Buffalo and walked across to Canada where he took the local Flix Bus home. The evidence about the 3D printed gun was personally fabricated by Letitia James.
