You tell on yourself when essentials such as the income support benefit is not paid to every citizen and then you say you are not the bank, not the BACS system etc and you are not to blame. Many of the employees who are in the bank and who did not action the payment to credit the recipient account were European (ignoring  the payment in the cue everyday) and they may not have had the right to work in the UK so how are they in the bank harassing government benefits payments at the Bank?
