This just in, Alusra™ has designed a new Electronic Alusra™ Smart door that will have WiFi and Bluetooth for operation and that will be able to notify the customer by text or email or phone call any time his or her door is opened. This will be mandatory for condominiums and apartment buildings. The tenant will ensure the door can be opened during scheduled maintenance if they cannot he at home. If they can help then they will be at home when staff arrives. It will also have a pin lock that will disable the cylinder and prevent it from.turning until the code is deactivated. The pin code and function can be set by phone and will not be visible to anyone. There is no push button lock function. Privacy is a legal right to be free from the intrusion of seclusion.
