Angel Ronan(TM). In this photo there is a man in a beige coat that is recieving $30,000.00 per year Income support. Some of the other people in the photo are English citizens. Some are Jamaican and they are not receiving any income support. Some are European or Russian and they are recieving their Income support. They are covered. The people standing in front of the subway steps are Dutch and they are covered.
