We are starting a project to buy a home to be used as a charitable space for all involved in purchasing the home. You could use it to practice your music.. We are looking for 40 people who may have conspired to share a home owner's home during his home ownership deal without his knowledge. You have your money with someone; whoever you gave it to; that is not the owner. The owner had to sell after three break ins. He lost a reasonable home ownership opportunity. But he sold and got his money out. He, therefore, is a victim like you. See this photo from his kitchen in New Brunswick where he baked. It was left on the counter by the security guard but he baked with it anyway. How did he get in? The cake turned out well. It was mixed with his DNA, a little spittal or breathes on it and all he really wanted to do is pour it all over the floor and say he is king. We baked with it though when we weren't sure if we bought it and we have him some cookies since he always seemed like he was genuine. It looks like a few of some of the measuring spoons were his. We are not accusing you but we understand that you gave your money to someone other than the owner and you would like the money but fail to see that the owner has no idea how you could give money to someone without a receipt and presume that he was entering the money with the owner for your investment in what the owner paid for on his own. He is not afraid to buy property and is hoping to help. The Police know who you are so we are only looking for you to help you invest it properly instead of thinking we could help any other way.  

Now we here you are damaging a renovated apartment because you resent how it feels.  What should it feel like? You have your own and it's nice so you enjoy your own the way it is. She will enjoy hers also.  She respects you and that is what it is.  

The property was sold and even if it wasn't, how could forty people share the home or why could they not have asked to share it with him? So, we will do this now and correct our way and he will move into the home and you can visit any time you want, eat, cook and entertain but since he is the main occupant, you would have to leave courteously eventually when its time for him to go to bed. Since you did not actually obtain any ownership following the last home purchase interruption scheme whole a good sum was collected in the game more than 8 years ago, we will just use those monies. He will move in. He will conduct your registration on the property as registered equitable owners.   

We found a few properties. You may have already lost money with who you gave it to or you could call him to give it back. Who is he in any event? We suggest you send to us 1/4 of what you smell to who ever used you. Give us your name and details so you will be properly registered as an investor in this property deal. You will be told when the home is ready for viewing, you will he given a contract in writing and a certificate of participation. You can use the home as a B and B once a year at no extra cost. We will be on site maintaining the home. 

Once you contact us and send us the money on the last occasion instead of sending it to your intermediary who uses you and defrauded you, we can begin the buying process.  

 The owner's contribution to the acquisition of the home was less than $40,000.00.  

Those 40 people will be able to use the space upon request for any weddings or other such functions or events they might wish to hold. They would be liable for any damages that may take place during the event.
