Owner and Consultant:  I am calling from. South Carolina.  Hi, this is what I want you to do for me.  

Mr.Smth will be writing  an email with his research question and you know you are legally obligated to provide a good, accurate answer.  

SDGCK: Yes.  Hedley Byrne.  

Owner and Consultant Kelly: He will pay by Interac and then you will send me the... to my email. Yes. You will get your cash back. Just like your credit card that pays cash back, you do not pay tax on it since it is a gift or voluntary stipend but not income.  

SDGCK:   It will be done. But, you know the name is in use and you cannot register  this name to your self and you are really only the owner  of your own time as per the contract and we thank you with the "cash back" in the agreement so what are we hearing about...

Owner and Consultant:

Don't worry about that right now because I know the guy on the website since I was his mother's piano student...so you shouldn't  be asking me anything because I am the ship captain and you are just the mop and bucket. I am just as good as you.   You shouldn't  tell me anything. You think you are something and you should  be happy we call to make a little money on your back because you know I could call anyone....anyone!! So, hear what I have to say now.

If there are three Cadbury bars in the box and you have 12 boxes of that 3 pack,  how many Cadbury  bars do you have?  If you have 14 boxes, how many flakies do you have?  I know a few things.   See me now and what I am doing. 

Anyway the client also needs an answer within 24 Hours since his Court date is tomorrow and would like to show it to the Crown to have his own Resolution discussion or at least speak confidently id now show it to them.    I think it's something about driving without insurance and he is on a policy but his family did not want to give him the document from  the company or you don't need it.   

Either he has insurance or he does not.  I don't know. 

He was pulled over and charged for Driving without Insurance.  

The Crown is  seeking a $10,000.00 fine that is way above the statutory maximum on a first offence.  It is the inherent  Duty  of the Crown to seek  any penalty they see fit and it helps if you are fully armed with a response to these matters if you are self represented.   The Court  is bound  by the statutory  sentence but they could institute  a higher  penalty if there is no argument by the defense to remind the Court of  the statutory  sentence regardless of the Crown's argument for a higher penalty.  

It's POA so maybe you can go to Court with him if he asks.  That is included.  

SDGCK:  Yes. We can include it.  It will be done on time.    We can arm him with responses. He pays $3000.00 since this is an Appeal and if they called for the original Court date, we could do it for $1000.00. You will get ....

Owner and Consultant:  I get $500.00 if it's a $1000.00.  I get $1500.00  on the appeal.    He will pay you by QR code and you can send me an Interac email  money transfer.  Don't let me down. 

SDGCK:  It is done.  We can do it.  You will get the answer. But, there is nothing wrong with thinking you are something.  I think I am a good Something.  

But, I have someone calling the 1-619-967-5405 number from Illinois it seems, so I have to go.
