Did you know they say Black people are twice as likely to get convicted for criminal offenses? Who are the people sort of helping in Court and how did you end up in a jury trial for an alleged stolen butter knife at Macy's? I think you said you wanted a trial by Judge alone and there was no evidence that you were at Macy's at 1 pm on a Tuesday when you were in College doing a test Re Write. You got an A on the test and your sister stole the knife but blamed you once she felt you getting that A grade. She was at Macy's during your test, waiting at the cash register to see what the result might be and what you feel like in terms of your worth.  

 Could it be that they don't have enough people to read their files as to assist them in navigating a matter to uncover the possible withdrawal of charges in the file? Who do you go to for assistance  to answer why you are getting convicted twice as often although it's not the case that you commit crimes as twice as often?  I know that we help.

That was the utterance  of a false statement. Their son was not assaulted and nor was he killed.  The police charged the Adidas boy with murder, charged him and held him for weeks. The charges were later dropped.
