The District Attorney, therefore, has to show that there is not just a death but a killing or unlawful touching of another that causes death and it also has to prove malice aforethought or the implied or express Intent to kill. Do you know there are dead White real estate agents, as rumored, working at IBM as androids with super authority when they offered their remains to science on an organ donor card? It happens, as rumored, when some agents offer to test drive and buy their vehicles directly in Japan. It happens no other way. They died in the Malaysia crash. Why would anyone want to force a black woman or man into IBM against their will in a murder conspiracy that the old woman died of a gland removal as you pestered her all day. Who would want a black woman in this role contrary to her will and intentions in some Resentment of her involvement but then wouldn't she have more involvement..at IBM as if you are instituting some free labor or is it to sanitise the world of highly skilled, qualified respected black involvement? If you want a computerized real estate agent, call IBM maybe but it is work and it's kind of impossible for a human to do this outside of bodily form. Maybe the best way is to have her work, directing agents on a provisional license. Warren has one but they stole it, pretended he is dead and thought they would put in four brown people on his licence as a Pretender apology. It's a fraud on the real estate profession. The Real Estate Council of Ontario is looking into it. All involved are arrested. It's not impossible for any 18 year old to be a real estate agent with on-going coaching maybe from the black lady. If you want an Iroquois agent who looks Asian, we can do this. But, you don't seem to like formalities in real estate anyway. The white and black people want a black agent that has 30 years of experience without any errors or omissions. The dead cannot sign deals from IBM. It seems the Murdaugh murder file on Tv recently was an anomaly of law based on not only US SCOTUS law but South Carolina law. The key paragraph is noted in red here below from a South Carolina Law Report. The anomaly is seen in the lack of energy spent and lack of actual achievement in providing proof that could convince any one that the accused killed and intended to kill. We learned at best that he was the inconsistent fellow, gentleman or individual who used his clients and absised client trust account monies.
