Responsibilities:

- Assist senior lawyer in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Attend court proceedings and assist with trial preparation
- Maintain accurate and organized case files

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $46,970.00-$113,000.00 per year based on a 50.1% share of retainers. If you do not wish to take on the full job duties but wish to assist as a remote consultant, we will pay 50.1% of retainers to you if you can refer people to us who actually pay the retainer fee collected on a donation basis at $2800.00 per file. This covers initial research, reports to the client and client problem review. It will also include letters to Court where appropriate.

We donate $200.00 of all our fees and 10% to our Catholic Parish. SDGCK; We are 60% partially owned by a UK entity which is owned by very illustrious people. Our participants are all proud non law graduates or drop outs; a new standard. Actually there is one graduate. They pay us $1500 per week and then bill their clients $1700.00 per inquiry. We do the work. Our direct fees are $6300.00 for a decisive written research review with a letter for the Court written by Counsel. This is the cooperation we need. All parties who make referrals will receive $1000 cash back. If it's a "donation only" fee, then you also receive $200.00 for the referral. If it's a provincial offences matter, the fee is 50% of the cost of the ticket. Your client can request a comparative answer as they may have already received some kind of opinion from someone else and they may need a second research opinion with full information . In Canada, the full review with court attendances included for free is $10000.00 for any criminal law matters; summary election. In the UK, convert the amounts to £. We reserve the right to receive all fees as a donation. Volunteers are welcome. All Heritage family are nominal directors. No resume is required for volunteers or consultants.
